Terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Who we are
The website is operated by KENOBI ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (GEMI no.: 172868501000 · VAT no.: 802244194 · Tax office: TBD: tax office (ΔΟΥ)), with its registered office at Ορφέως 36, 118 54 Αθήνα, email hello@citable.gr, under the trading name “Citable” (“we”).
By accessing and using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. Who we address (B2B)
The services presented on the website are aimed at businesses and professionals (for example hotels, law and accounting firms, exporters), not consumers. If you act as a private person outside any professional activity, see section 10.
3. What the website is: information, not an offer or advice
The website content (texts, examples, FAQs, sample reports) is general information about our services and about how visibility in AI agents works. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your situation. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty as to completeness or accuracy, and it may change without notice. AI tools and search engines change often, and their answers differ from one question to another.
4. Packages and prices: described on the website, contract by separate written agreement
- The Refresh, Upgrade and Authority packages and the Care plans are described on the website for information. The descriptions, prices and contents are indicative and are not a binding offer. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- A contract is concluded only through a separate written agreement (a proposal or service contract with description of work, price, deliverables, timeline and terms), signed or accepted in writing by both parties. Sending a form or an email does not create a contract for a package.
- Hosting and domain: unless the written agreement says otherwise, the cost of hosting and the domain name is borne and paid by the client directly to the provider. Those accounts belong to the client. Email is not included in the packages unless agreed.
- Free audit: the free audit is an offer with no obligation. It does not commit you to buy anything. It is based on publicly available information at the time of measurement, and results may change. The report is informational and is not a guarantee of any result. We try to respond to every request, but we reserve the right to refuse or limit an audit (for example if it does not concern a business or if abuse is suspected).
5. We do not guarantee AI appearance or recommendation
AI systems (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) are owned and controlled by third parties. They decide for themselves what to answer and whom to mention, and they change without notice. We do not guarantee that any AI system will mention, recommend or rank any particular business, in any position or for any question, nor any increase in visits, enquiries or sales. What we offer is work on your site’s content and technical elements so it is easier to understand, with a measurement before and after.
6. Intellectual property
- The website content (texts, graphics, logos, design, code, sample reports) belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us and is protected by Law 2121/1993 and EU and international copyright law.
- You may view and print it for your own non-commercial information. Reproduction, copying, modification or commercial exploitation without our written permission is not allowed, except as permitted by law (for example short quotations with source).
- We do not own, and do not take rights in, texts, images or data you send us. You allow us to use them only to handle your request.
7. Third-party trademarks
Third-party names and marks mentioned on the website (for example ChatGPT and OpenAI, Gemini and Google, Perplexity, LinkedIn) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the systems we work with. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. We do not guarantee any particular appearance in AI answers.
8. Proper use
You must not: (a) use the website unlawfully or to harm others, (b) submit false or someone else’s details in forms, or third-party data without having the right to, (c) interfere with the operation or security of the website (for example attacks, mass automated submissions, automated scraping beyond what robots.txt allows), (d) impersonate anyone. We may block access or ignore requests that breach the above.
9. Links and third-party services
The website may contain links to other websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Their own terms apply. See also the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
10. Consumers
If anyone contacts us as a consumer (a natural person acting outside their professional activity), these terms do not limit the rights given by mandatory consumer protection law (including Law 2251/1994), nor mandatory rules on jurisdiction. Our services are not aimed at consumers. Before any contract, we will make clear who is contracting and in what capacity.
11. Limitation of liability
- The website and its information are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of or inability to use the website or from reliance on its general information, nor for interruptions, errors or viruses, nor for the content and operation of third-party services (for example AI systems).
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, article 332 of the Greek Civil Code).
- Liability for the services in an engagement is governed exclusively by the relevant written agreement.
12. Data and cookies
For how we use personal data, see the Privacy policy. For cookies, see the Cookie policy.
13. Changes
We may change the website, the services it describes, and these terms, by posting the new version and updating the date. Changes apply from posting and do not affect contracts already concluded in writing. We recommend re-reading the terms from time to time.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute relating to the website or the terms, subject to section 10, the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
15. Miscellaneous
If any term is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. The Greek version is authentic; the English is a convenience translation and, in case of difference, the Greek prevails.
